  • How does a subscription box work?
    Our subscription boxes are a delightful surprise that arrives at your doorstep like clockwork. Here's how it works: First, you choose your subscription plan – we offer month-to-month, 3-month or 6-month options. Each plan delivers snacks monthly, but you receive a larger discount with the longer plans you commit to. Then, our team of experts curates a selection of high-quality, taste-approved products that range in variety and flavors- think sweet potato crisps, coconut jerky, avocado popped popcorn- oh my! We package them up with care and send them your way. It's like receiving a monthly dose of happiness, right to your front door.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    For single purchase products, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, +more), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For subscription products, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal. For more information, please visit our Terms of Service.
  • What are the shipping options?
    Shipping for subscriptions is free! All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (read more here). Since USPS is already in your neighborhood on a daily basis, no additional trips are necessary and we keep the carbon footprint of the box lower. If you need your box sooner than 3-5 business days, contact us to see if we can help.
  • What if I have a gluten intolerance?
    We are happy to ensure that all snacks in your box will be gluten-free!
  • What if I have a dairy intolerance?

  • What if I have an egg allergy?

  • When will my box ship?
    All purchases ship through USPS on the 15th or 1st of the month, whichever comes first after your order date. We understand there are circumstances, so if a rush order is needed please email us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order is prepared.
  • What if I don't like everything in my box?
    Each product that goes into our subscription boxes has gone through a rigorous taste test to ensure it is up to snuff; but, everyone's tastes are different and sometimes the flavor journey may have taken a wrong turn. If you receive something that's not to your taste, consider sharing it with a friend or family member. It's a thoughtful way to spread the joy of discovery. We value your feedback!   • What is your return policy?
    Due to the nature of our products and for the sake of maintaining freshness and quality, we do not accept any returns. We understand that each purchase is an important decision, and we encourage you to review your selections carefully before completing your order.   • Can I receive a refund?
    We do not offer refunds. We understand that each purchase decision is important, and we are dedicated to providing you the best possible experience. Contact us and let us help change your experience.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    No awkward cancellations here! All you need to do is log-in to your account and go to 'My Subscriptions' to cancel. The cancellation will take effect at the next billing cycle of the plan you selected. Alternatively, if you just want to skip a billing period, contact us to have your subscription suspended. If you are unable to locate within your account, message us and we will cancel your subscription- no questions asked :)
